t has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms ( one in which has a bathtub), central water filtration system, a fully equipped kitchen (oven,fridge,dishwasher and even garbage disposal), washer and dryer and central a/c and heater. Its located on the second floor of NYC style walk up. The whole building only consists of four floors, and the neighbors are mostly international individuals working in Shanghai. The apartment itself is about 110 Sq Meters not including the terrace, the terrace is not large enough to host an outdoor party, but is big enough to BBQ and have outdoor seating and table areas. The apartment is also animal friendly. The location couldn't be better just short walking distances to many restaurants and shops, for example 5 min walk from IAPM MALL , 10 min walk to Avacado Lady, 15 min to the infamous yongkanglu (bar street)
